On November 28, 2024, we performed a scheduled online release. During peak usage periods, our monitoring systems detected a slight decrease in login success rates in the Middle East and Europe regions. A thorough investigation identified that the issue was directly linked to the changes introduced in that day’s release. To mitigate the impact, we promptly rolled back to the previous stable version. After the rollback, login success rates returned to normal levels. We are conducting a detailed analysis to prevent similar issues in the future.
